Hi, all. :wave: Sorry I've gone and dropped off again. Life has been, well, life. I'm going through some changes again and I've been in a terrible art block. I have been struggling with my medium and being dissatisfied what everything I draw. I wasn't happy with penning, so I stopped, bur then the colors looked messy and it was a downward spiral from there... I've also had some health issues that I won't detail here (there are two people here who can feel free to note if they want the details, you know who you are :)). But mostly I hope with the posting of this journal that perhaps I'm back? We shall see. How have you all been? Or perhaps I am posting this journal to an empty audience. I know, you gotta be active for people to pay attention. Well, I'm gonna try. Also, any advice for breaking the art block? I think my lack of current fandoms is eating my creativity, although it could be work-related stress. Either way, it stinks. I've tried art challenges but I never seem to get far. The other kicker on posting things is using the scanner is a pain in the butt and I don't like my cell phone pics, but I might have to just go and post cell phone pics. Guess I'm being lazy. :/

In the coming year, I plan to do less fanart, more photography and maybe a little more drawing like the one above. But never fear if you're watching me for the fanart - chances are good that I will continue to draw it, just not as frequently. (Fanart pieces will never be available as prints.)

Sharing some fall vibes! It's always so cloudy here I think I've forgotten what the sun looks like already... I think I'm ready for summer to come back.

I've been really down lately and coming here seems to be the only thing that picks me back up a bit. I'm hoping for things to get better, but it seems at every turn they just try to get worse. So I'm going to try to spend more time here and hopefully things will improve.

Hello everyone!

I'm back (hopefully) from an unintentional 3 week hiatus. I've been struggling with some health issues and I am hoping that I am getting them under control now. I am still having difficulty drawing in the evenings like I used to, but it is getting steadily better so I'm hoping to have something done soon (in particular, an art trade with @magedusted).

Anyways, I hope you all are doing well and I look forward to spending more time on dA with everyone again. :)
